Some of the symptoms of anxiety include:
Poor concentration
Fearfulness
Avoidance of people, objects, places or situations
Unwanted or racing thoughts
Difficulty sleeping and/or staying asleep
Nightmares or a constant re-experiencing of a traumatic experience
A constant fear of something bad happening
*Your physical body may experience fast heart palpitations, nausea, trembling, fatigue, sweating, and/or restlessness
Many individuals suffer from symptoms of depression, including the following:
Feeling worthless
Feeling overwhelmed
Feeling hopeless about the future
Feeling alone, loneliness
An unhappiness or discontent feeling
Excessive Crying
Thoughts of suicide
Loss of interest in activities that were once enjoyable
Fatigue Difficulty getting out of bed
Excessive sleeping or insomnia
Guilt Irritability or agitation
A change in appetite (eating more or eating less than normal)
